Honey
×××
she is eleven moons old and is harbored by bloodclan.
×the appearance ;;
Salt and pepper whiskers shower from a thin, short bronze muzzle. Dotted with a peach colored nose, Honey has a cute, but (extremely) betraying face; tinted with bronze fur that matches her brown eyes, a creamy dash of fur surrounding a small part of her nose, mouth, and eyes, with a patch of snowy white down under her muzzle and on her chest, all proclaiming her as innocent, almost angelic. A chocolate M is pasted on her forehead, continuing back and wrapping at the base of her ears. A similar, lighter color blends below her ears and eyes, almost highlighting the mocha color that fills them. Round, black pupils match her wide, disk-shaped eyes, which line a thin dark circle around her rims. Cream colored fuzz follows her 'eyeliner'. A chestnut color forms around the white patch on her chest, fading to a copper color that envelopes her body. Coffee, cinnamon, sorrel, auburn, and fawn colors paint her back and tail, rich in the spread, patterns and weaves . Caramel fluff lines her belly, shifting to a honeyed color inside her hind legs. Honey's tail is thin and long, traced with a strip of long hairs that remain sleek. When in the right light of the sun, Honey's hair shines a magnificent wheaty gold, thus her name; looking like a ripple of golden waters flowing over her small frame. No surprise that this cocoa she-cat fits in with leaf-fall trees and surroundings. With small mahogany paws, long (enough) legs, and a tiny figure, this she-cat is light on her paws. A tad weak on fighting muscles, but excellent hind leg control, Honey is the ideal hunter. Swift and confident, she has great reflexes, but lacks power towards using her body in battle. Only armed with short, pearly white teeth, and russet claws, Honey uses jumping and running to get at her enemies. From paw to ear tip, she stands about two thirds the height of the average warrior/apprentice, but makes up for it with attitude. For your own safety, don't make fun of her appearance in any sort of way. She-cats always get offended, but not like Honey. Just watch your ears.
×the personality ;;
If she could, Honey would hold the stars in her paws. She knows nothing about her warrior ancestors, but truly believes they are there, somewhere, watching her. Faith makes her strive to impress these cats, but selfish stubbornness also has a grip on her mind. If it's not how Honey likes it, she doesn't like it. She'll do it her way, and you'll just have to get over it. But both sides do have a right; to get out of this place.
As it is, Honey is as stubborn as a squirrel. This beetle-brained apprentice doesn't hesitate to charge into any sticky situation. Everything is an adventure! Honey is bound-set-and-determined to prove that she is not a normal apprentice. Her fiery personality is known to scare the younger tom-cats out of their wits, but she can (sometimes) be understanding, and (possibly) sympathetic. She tries to get the fact that Bloodclan has taken everything from her out of her head, and instead strives to find a way out through her crazy actions. Dear StarClan, wherever you are, know that she's a nut. Loud enough to scare every robin in the forest, and enough energy to run the territory perimeter and back, this petite she-cat doesn't seem to match her grace at all. Nothing seems to dazzle this headstrong she-cat - except for the fact that she gets a little weak in the knees around nighttime. Sadly, she's afraid of the dark, as well as being alone during these hours, providing herself as a busybody during the daylight. No task is impossible, and Honey will prove that. She may be annoying at times, but every cat has a downtime. Catch her, and she just might be the sweetest cat you've ever meet, but don't expect to see this twice in one lifetime. One day she'll have your heart pinned down- the next you head, begging for mercy. Still, Honey is as fragile as a newborn bird; only wanting the wind to catch her wings so she can fly away.
×the history ;;
On a waning moon, two kits were born with an unexpected wail. "I don't feel ready!" the golden queen cried, her stomach giving way as her chocolate colored mate steered her to covered ground.
Tiny bundles, two of them, huddled under the protection of steely amber legs. One kit russet brown, the other kit sandy tan. Sand and Honey, hopefully one day to be warriors in the eyes of the clan.
On weak legs, the premature kits stumbled around after Ripple, their mother, at the age of one moon. Sandy, the runt of the litter, was completely inseparable from Honey, looking more like best friends than sisters. Only nut colored eyes gave away their relation. The two scampered together, to small to play with the bulky kits of Bloodclan and rouges. One day, while their father whispered the old ways to the sisters, Sandy seized. Her entire body shook, no one knowing what to do. Ripple could only listen to the kits minuet heart beat, fade, slowly.
Seven moons later, Honey was strong, finally forgetting her sandy colored half. It was leaf-bare, and rougher than ever. Adapting to the like of captives, Honey and Ripple, along with Eagle, hunted, guarded, and fought along side with the Bloodclan cats. Fate smiled. Destiny laughed.
Ripple surpassed Eagle and her elder friends as a hunter, and tempted a fish type hunting party during the colder season. A Bloodclan warrior thought it'd be funny to push a past Riverclan cat in the water. After four years of not swimming, Ripple drowned in the icy waters.
Eagle, a pure blood of Thunderclan, raises Honey, now eleven moons, by himself.
